Data Fields include purchase price, install date, version, warranty, supplier, employee email, serial number and more. There is also a graphic field where you can put the CD cover art as well as longer text description fields if you need to put more detailed information. The user interface for the software is designed to be simple and easy to learn. You can quickly scan and sort through your software inventory to find specific computers or applications. For larger libraries there is a search function and tabs as well. All of the fields can be customized for your specific software library needs. For example, if you would rather track PC ID instead of location, you can quickly make that change and the software will remember it next time you start it up.
