For each computer asset you can store data in up to 18 different information fields such as purchase price, date, serial number, install date, condition, and warranty. The software also contains fields which store a picture and detailed notes for each item. Using the main screen you can quickly scan through assets using the description and picture to find what you need. As your database grows you can sort, use tabs to see items with a specific category, or even use the find feature to locate items. As an item is selected in the browse window you can edit fields or add in field descriptions. Fields can be customized to fit your inventory needs. For example, you could change Support Contact to Manager if you would rather track the Manager. The program will make this change throughout and will remember it next time you start the application.
